Project Overview
Construction began in 2012, following the design phase in 2009, with a total project cost of approximately 580 million USD. The development spans 130,000 sqm of gross floor area and includes luxury retail spaces, high-end condominiums, and a 6-star Ritz Carlton Hotel. With the addition of an auto car park, the complex offers a seamless blend of convenience and prestige, making it a prime destination for both residents and visitors.
Key Challenges
The project required advanced structural engineering to address complex concrete designs, as well as specialized wind and earthquake resistance. Situated in a dense urban area, the project also demanded geotechnical expertise to ensure stability and long-term durability.
